In Conclusion

Essential oils are great for almost anything that ails you, but they are especially effective for skin conditions. Because your skin is porous and absorbs the active ingredients of essential oils very well, they work below the surface on a cellular level to actually improve its condition.

When mixed with other beneficial oils such as coconut, jojoba, almond and carrot seed, they provide a powerhouse of nutrition and healing for your entire body. Do your research and use them correctly and in the proper amounts for maximum benefits. Always use smaller amounts on children and practice caution when using “hot oils” on them such as cinnamon, peppermint and eucalyptus.
